Clark Net Solutions’ sheet metal fabricator’s ability to form, draw and assemble large sheet metal fabrications is second to none. Stamping services are also provided. Precision metal fabrication processes, productivity engineering and quality control measures are designed to economically meet all of our customers’ specifications. Our fabricators have over 100 punch presses ranging from 10-450 tons. They build blank and form dies for short run metal stampings, compound dies for close tolerances and drawn shapes and progressive dies for higher run quantities of precision metal stampings. They can handle prototype quantities through millions of parts a year.

Our resources can manufacture the simplest bracket to the most complex chassis or enclosure. Their area of specialization is in precision forming and fabricating component parts which get integrated into the final assembly of products across a broad range of industries. Precision secondary operations include wire feed welding, spot welding, pem nuts, drilling, tapping, countersinking, anodizing, painting, plating, embossing, engraving and finishing.

Apart from manufacturing your sheet metal parts, we are also skilled in our cost-effective machining capabilities, light assembly and engineering and design services using Solidworks 3D CAD software.
